Amanda Lacaze (’76) has over 25 years of senior operational experience and is currently the CEO and MD of ASX listed Lynas Rare Earths, a company that mines and refines rare earth materials in Western Australia. The world’s only significant producer of separated rare earth materials outside of China, Lynas is an ethical and environmentally responsible producer of rare earth materials essential to future facing and green technologies, including electric vehicles, electronics and wind turbines. Amanda is also a board member of the Minerals Council of Australia and a member of Chief Executive Women and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
