I love a good mystery! Recently, a container of watches has come to light. For those who participated in PE lessons, you will remember that you always had to take your watch off before you could take part. These watches were placed in the ubiquitous “watch tin.” The contents of one of these tins has recently been unearthed. We believe they are from the 60’s. Do any look familiar? Some have names engraved on them:
K Schulte 20.7.66
Gay Holt Caboolture
C Walker
Mum, love Rosina and Barry 25.9.69.
We would love to return them to their owners. Please contact Mary Surtees via msurtees@stmargarets.qld.edu.au
