The Old Girls’ Association warmly congratulates Mrs Nicole Devlin (’90, nee Bender) on her appointment to Deputy Principal of St Margaret’s commencing January 2025.
During her previous tenure at St Margaret’s, Nicole held numerous roles, including Head of Planning and Organising and Head of Teaching and Learning in the primary school, as well as Dean of Studies and Dean of Academics in the secondary school.
Since leaving St Margaret’s, Nicole has been Deputy Principal at St Hilda’s School on the Gold Coast, and has retained her position as President of the Old Girls’ Association, which she has held since 2017.
Pictured is Nicole (’90, nee Bender), her mother, Diane Bender (’64, nee Hall) and Nicole’s daughter, Lilly Devlin (’18). Nicole has strong ties to St Margaret’s as a daughter of an Old Girl, an Old Girl herself, and a past parent.
We are extremely excited to welcome Nicole back to St Margaret’s as Deputy Principal, and cannot wait to see the impact she has on the school. The Old Girls’ Association also extends their thanks to current Deputy Principal Karen Gorrie, who will be leaving St Margaret’s to join St Andrew’s Anglican College as Principal in 2025.
